How to Use:
Dry Brush: Simply brush your skin with gentle, sweeping strokes. Stay present with the sensation to improve mindfulness.
Gua Sha: Clean your face. Apply a moisturizer or some kind of lotion or oil to your face. Keep tool flat on the face and smooth gently over skin on the jawline, neck, cheekbones, and forehead, following the attached chart. Wash tool with gentle soap, pat dry, and put it in the included cotton bag.
